Robles Park Lot C is a Tampa Housing Authority project located at the corner of East Emily Street and North Avon Ave. This new construction includes a 7-story mixed-use occupancy building that is designed as Type 1-B Construction. The building will consist of a combination of pre-cast and cast-in-place structural elements and is anticipated to have a total area of 276,612 square feet.
