The same white Cadillac SUV as previously documented under REM-26-0000679 issued on 06-10-26 has been sitting on our property for weeks (Now has a parking ticket for no/missing tag issued on 08-30-26), and two additional junk vehicles arrived on 08 07 26 and 08 21 26, one of which cannot be moved without a tow truck. They are still working on un-tagged vehicles in the street and blocking the public sidewalk with vehicles and garbage cans, forcing school children into the road. These ongoing habitual behaviors create unsafe conditions that will eventually lead to someone getting hurt.

Property Maintenance -- Commercial property (fish market, LT New Orleans Seafood Market) at 585 Joseph E Lowery Blvd SW / parcel at 583 Joseph E Lowery Blvd (parcel 14 011700081043, owner Elexis Properties Inc). Extensive junk, trash and debris in the alley at the rear of the property, directly against residential fence lines on Oak Street SW: dumped commercial kitchen equipment (greasy baking trays, hood filters), a freezer, shelving, window AC units, and scattered trash the length of the alley. Seafood waste is not stored in covered secured containers; severe rotting-fish odor reaches adjacent homes daily and prevents use of my backyard at 921 Oak Street SW. The rear lot is unsecured with regular unauthorized foot traffic. On 9/1/2026 the property owner acknowledged the dumpster is likely contributing to the odor but declined to act. Dated photos and video available. A complaint was also filed today with Fulton County Environmental Health.
