Construction debris is being dumped at 3408 13th St SW from construction at 3409 13th St SW. Debris includes wood, pallets, bottles, cloth and a cut-off concrete culvert piece. On Aug. 10, I personally witnessed asphalt millings being dumped.

New owners, about 50 birds (chickens and ducks), some caged not coop, some free range, pot belly pig, obnoxious pregnant goat that doesn't shut up. Continuously barking dogs. Property is 1/2 acre. Yard is trashed.

Unkept yard, grass tall1-2ft tall in some areas,  trash in yard, misc stuff in or leaning on house, Yard is disgusting cars parked in yard with dead patches under cars,  Pool cage wide open and pool with nasty water mosquitoes are horrible

unregistered cars at the property - commercial trucks parked - filled in part of swale with dirt / debris - where driveway was repaired left concrete which is preventing water from draining
